Technical Support Engineer:

Maple Systems, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of operator interface products for the industrial control market. Founded in 1983, we are located in Everett, Washington (approximately 30 miles north of Seattle). We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer to become an integral part of our support team.

Position:

As a Technical Support Engineer you will communicate with our customers to help them resolve software and hardware setup issues in a timely fashion. In addition, you will serve as a technical point of contact for our distributors and representatives, who may need assistance with features and selection of proper product lines. Most communication is done by phone and email; no travel required. Your duties will include:

  • Providing technical solutions to customers
  • Writing application notes and other technical documents
  • Creating training materials

Qualifications:

  • BSEE or equivalent
  • Technical knowledge of HMIs, PLCs, and industrial control applications
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Strong initiative
  • Fluency in Spanish a plus!

Hours:  Monday – Friday; 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
