Unfortunately, we are unable to provide free technical support to units that were not purchased directly from Maple Systems or one of our partners. We do provide fee-based Application Engineering. If you are interested in receiving a quote on our application engineering services, refer to the Application Engineering page on our website. Or you can register and review the information available for free in our Support Center and YouTube channel.
