5 easy steps
1. Complete Request Form
Complete the Custom Label Request Form. Your responses will assist us in providing a proof and quote in a timely manner.
2. Send us your artwork
Provide a horizontal image of your company logo in a jpeg or png format. All labels will be printed with white text on a black (or grey) background depending on the product. Custom labels will be centered at the bottom of the display. Label sizes are 1.25” x .35” (small) or 1.8” x .5” (large) depending on the product.
3. Approve the Final Mock Up
We will send you an image within 5 business days of your logo on the product for your approval. Once the artwork is approved, we will send a quote for the one-time, non-recurring set-up fee and your first 250 labels.
4. Place your Custom Label Order
Send us a PO for the set-up fee and 250 labels. Payment is required at the time of payment unless net terms have been established for your company.
5. Order your custom labeled HMI or Industrial PC
Now that you’ve approved the label, we will create a special part-number for your unique product build. Your salesperson will provide a new quote with your unique part-number and work with you every step along the way. Each time you place a PO, you will need to use the custom part-number to ensure you receive the product with your custom label. Please allow an additional 5-6 weeks for your first delivery, and 5 days for subsequent deliveries.
Custom Label Request Form
- There will be a one-time Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) fee for Tooling and Artwork. There will be an additional NRE fee for each change after approval.
- Charges for the custom label will be separate from the product. If you choose a large quantity to take advantage of the quantity-based discount, payment for entire custom label quantity is required at time the custom label order is placed.
- Maple Systems does not provide “Anti-Glare” labels at this time.
- Industrial PC and Monitors custom labels will be a dome-style label, all other labels will be a standard label.
- Typical lead time for delivery of custom labels is 5-6 weeks from the time the Purchase Order for the labels is received by Maple Systems.
