As with all technical questions, the user should first refer to the User Manual, Tech Notes, Help Instructions, or Sample Projects located in our Support Center prior to calling or requesting a Technical Support Request (TSR) number.
A technical support question becomes Applications Engineering when it involves more than answering questions on features or functionality. Examples of Application Engineering include project conversion, project upgrades, or the initial design of a program.
